For order shipments within Attica
There are three ways to receive your order:
Free in-store pickup
Shipping to the desired address within 45 km from our headquarters, which is Laodikis 38 in Glyfada. In this case the charge is €3 for the first two kilometers and then plus €0.70/km. For orders over €200 shipping costs are FREE
Shipping by ELTA courier with a charge of €7 for any area of Attica. Orders placed by 11.00 are prepared and shipped on the same day. Otherwise, the receipt of the order by the courier takes place on the next working day. In this case the delivery time is 1-3 working days. Deliveries do not take place on weekends.
For order shipments outside Attica
The shipment is made exclusively by ELTA courier with a charge of €5 for parcels up to 1 kg, €7 for parcels up to 2 kg and €10 for parcels over 2 kg. Orders placed by 11.00 are prepared and shipped on the same day. Otherwise, the receipt of the order by the courier takes place on the next working day. The delivery time is 1-3 working days and for inaccessible areas it may be a little longer. Deliveries are not made on weekends, nor are deliveries by appointment (ELTA courier policy).
Other information:
You should know that our company always calls the recipient so that the delivery time can be arranged so that your order can be delivered successfully. In case of delivery failure, the shipper may be charged again with the shipping costs.
The company deals ONLY with the sender and does not give any information about the shipment and the recipient’s details to a third party. The company has the ability to exercise the privacy clauses. Similarly, when the sender requests delivery without knowing the address, the company reserves the right not to give the delivery details to the sender.
In case the recipient does not accept the delivery, the product is returned to the company’s headquarters. The business contacts the shipper so that they can decide how to manage the order. There is no cancellation of the order and no refund under any circumstances.
All orders shipped by courier are packaged in the best possible way to protect the product.
